Global PR agency specializing in franchise, home service and B2B hires Mattern to add expertise in business management
Ripley PR, a global public relations agency specializing in franchise, home service and B2B, has added Bill Mattern to its growing team as president. Mattern will assist with day-to-day operations and offer clients his guidance and expertise in business management.
“Bill has coached hundreds of home service businesses and franchise businesses in strategic approaches to increasing business profitability,” said Heather Ripley, who will remain chief executive officer. “His experience with our specialized niche industries will be extremely valuable as he helps take Ripley PR to the next level in client service and business efficiency.”
Before joining Ripley PR, Mattern served as a business coach for Nexstar Network, an international affiliation of independent residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical service businesses. He also served as a franchise business consultant for Clockwork Home Services, one of the largest franchisors of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in North America. Clockwork’s franchise brands include Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Mister Sparky.
At Clockwork and Nexstar Network, Mattern consulted with residential service business and franchise owners throughout the country on how to increase revenue and run their businesses more profitably.
